Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please do so at least 2 hours before the set class time. If you fail to cancel before the time period specified above you will use a session on your purchased plan. There will not be any reimbursement for sessions that aren't cancelled in a timely manner. If you have a monthly membership and fail to cancel your appointment more than three times, your membership will be suspended and you will be asked to purchase a punch card.
