ABOUT BRYN
Hi there! I am Bryn. I am a wife and a boy mama! If you are wondering where "Fit on the Farm" came from it is because I live on a farm (seriously it is the best!) and guess what?! We workout in an old horse barn! Don't worry, there is a concrete floor and rubber matting in between us and all the old horse poo! (Hahah!) Anyway, onto the important stuff! I am a certified fitness trainer with a specialization in group fitness. I am also a certified nutritionist coach. I have played sports my entire life. In high school I played volleyball, swimming, and soccer. In college I was a member of a CrossFit gym and competed in multiple competitions. I also competed in a Strongman competition and won first place!
Over the last 5 years, I have developed a passion helping others establish a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically that is enjoyable and sustainable. I believe that exercise is a celebration, not a punishment. Life is to be enjoyed and in that is enjoying food of all kinds, no guilt. There is a healthy balance that works and looks different on everyone, I’m passionate about helping others find theirs.
Your journey to bettering your health, both physically and mentally should be enjoyable and empowering. Easy? No. Worth it? Yes. Everyone is going to have a lifestyle that works and looks different for them. There is no right or wrong way in achieving that path, as long as it promotes a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and you are HAPPY. Take a look around! I am excited to start a journey with you!

ABOUT SARAH
Hi! My name is Sarah. I am a wife, mommy to 3 little girls, and a certified fitness professional. I am a Wesley College graduate with a degree in biology and a certification in coaching. I started personal training at a small fitness studio after completion of an internship. I had always been an athlete, and at the time I was teaching gymnastics and swimming at The Y. I needed an internship and my professor wouldn’t let me complete it at my place of employment. Upon completion of the internship I was offered a position as a personal trainer and I loved it! I loved teaching people how to rediscover the amazing things their bodies could do with a little work and encouragement. I learned a lot about the benefits of exercise across all ages and activity levels while working in phase 1 & 2 cardiac rehab. It was amazing to see how the smallest changes could have tremendous impact on our patients overall health and wellness. I am currently working at Delaware State University as the Aquatics & Adapted Recreation Coordinator. I teach classes in group fitness instruction and personal training as well as American Red Cross courses. I really enjoy teaching students how to create and lead effective exercise programs, and molding their interactions with their clients to be positive, professional and motivating. I want everyone to have a positive relationship with exercise, food and their bodies. I look forward to meeting you!
